One day in the year 1976, I was with His Holiness GP Mahan at the Singapore Sabhai at Upper Serangoon Road. It was about 4pm and Mahan asked me to go to a particular tea stall about 100 metres away to buy some tea. Mahan gave me a container to buy the tea and told me to inform then owner this is for Mahan. I bought and came back and both of us enjoyed the tea. And what a tea it was. I have never tasted such delicious tea in my entire life. To this day I have not found any tea that was so fantastic.
