Mahan's World Tours

Once when Mahan was in Tokyo, Japan during the 60's, he was having a Satsang with a group of interested Japanese .During the Satsang, Mahan's Japanese secretary told Mahan 'EXCUSE ME SWAMIJI' and GULPED DOWN A PEG OF SAKE (JAPANESE WINE).  Mahan did not take offense to this incident and said this was their culture and we have just to go along even though we don't approve of it. Just wondering if this same incident happens in India with a disciple excuses himself and gulps down some patai saraiyum (Indian alcohol) what will happen? Santhosham.
