Sometimes when we do meditation, you
will have good sensations and at other times not so good and also very
slow in getting the sensation ([Unarvu). One good technique to have
continuous good sensation would be : Whenever you are experiencing good
sensations during meditation - Press both the tips of your thumbs together for a few seconds and then release- Keep doing it whenever you have good sensations. Some other time when doing meditation and
having difficulty in getting sensations just press the thumbs
together. Note:it will take a few times of doing this before it gets
embedded in your body's memory.
