Special tip for continuous good meditation


Sometimes when we do meditation, you will have good sensations and at other times not so good and also very slow in getting the sensation ([Unarvu). One good technique to have continuous good sensation would be : Whenever you are experiencing good sensations during meditation - Press both the tips of your thumbs together for a few seconds and then release- Keep doing it whenever you have good sensations. Some other time when doing meditation and having difficulty in getting sensations just press the thumbs together. Note:it will take a few times of doing this before it gets embedded in your body's memory.
