Sometimes in the year 1980, when Mahan was
staying at Guru Sankarans quarters at Lorong Morib, 3rd Mile Old Klang Road, Mohan (Guru Sankaran's eldest son ) seeked Mahan's blessings for an
important hockey match. He was the captain and their team was up against a
very tough team. The game was played very feverishly and
energetically by both the teams. A few minutes before the
game was over the score was 3-3. All of a sudden the ball came to
Mohan and he managed to score the winning goal and a minute later the
whistle was blown and the game was over. It all happened in a twinkling
of the eye. Mohan returned to the Sabhai (house) and jubilantly informed
Mahan about the victory. Mahan then gave Mohan a sweet and mischievously
asked Mohan as to whether he believed in Blessings now. Mohan is now
residing in Canada and is married to a Canadian.
