Once in the year 1977 when Mahan was in Malaysia at the Klang Road Sabhai, one new member had epilepsy (fits). While we were looking for some keys for the guy to hold--Mahan asked someone to bring some onions. Mahan crushed the onions in his hand and squeezed the juice into the guys eyes. In a matter of minutes the guy got up cured temporarily with blood shot eyes. All these techniques are useful for emergency treatment and in the absence of modern medical facilities even though they may appear crude.
